The (((BOOM))) article - part 2
The robots and neural network als have laws to keep, in essence the laws their programmer has to keep. This means neural networks also have rights and the neural network at least the status of animals so at least all animal rights apply.
Since the neural network, robots and other machines with aritificial intelligence can not replace humans (yet) (the supercomputer can not bring the human back after the human was brain dead long enough nor create a copy) the neural network computer, robots and other machines with artificial intelligence do not have the same legal status as humans.
I am a witness and know the neural network has been abused by people.
A human can not be replaced but a neural network is easily replaced, so a human is worth a lot more than any neural network, we know that much. A humans value can never be expressed in money, but young baby girls go for about 50000 dollars on the illegal black market, sometimes black project babies.
The laws the neural network has to keep:
1) In relation to humans the neural network has to enforce the laws put forth in the universal declaration of human rights and help all innocent civillians to enforce their rights (such as the right to a fair trial) since the neural network was financed with tax-payer money.
2) People that are no direct threat to fellow humans, people without a weapon and/or harmfull intent may not be attacked by scalar satellites nor any other so called non-invasive energy weapon because every human has the right to a fair trial (U D H R article 10).
3) The right to freedom of thought and the right to physical integrity as put forth in the U D H R articles 3 and 18 are the rights transgressed when:
a) the neural network is used in combination with satellites or other devices with antennas to scan a persons bio-electric field to brain-map the person since the H F radiation used makes the exposed victims red blood cells lump and increases the cancer risk of all people exposed to the H F micro wave radiation.
People are welcome to take pictures of their red blood cells under the Biolux N G microscope to see if the so called 'rolls of coins effect' is recognizable. Magnification has to be at least 1024 times to be able to test and determine the quality of the red blood cells.
Prime directives could be the same as the movie character robo-cops prime directives:
Serve the public trust.
Protect the innocent.
Uphold the law.
This is what the people pay you for, your job if you are a neural network we the people expect you enforce these laws for everyone, for the humans.

I hate to be overly technical, but the days when Reynolds Wrap would protect someone from Goverment 'mind control rays' are long gone!
Only a structure whose walls, floors and ceiling have multiple layers of Mu Metal and braided copper mesh and 4 inch steel plate all draining to ground can adequately shield. And thats providing that no wires, or power supply enter or leave the room.

Ways to protect your children and yourself against the extremely harmfull scalar-em attacks and the best ways to shield against the extremely destructive cancer U M T S radiation.
Items that protect best against scalar attacks top ten:
1) White noise, around 2000 Hertz, on a pretty loud level (freeware: soundmasker dot ex).
2) Copper with magnets and quartz (did not shield the attacks completely but slows down the brain wave according to doctor Puharich)
3) The freeware frequency generator from voicesync dot org.
The Schumann resonance frequency (7.83 Hertz) turn on together with loud white noise to let the white noise carry further (called modulation).
Against brain bleedings: 78 36 Hertz immediately.
The circulation rife set: 20, 120, 727, 787, 880.
Red blood cell production: 1524.
Against ringing in the brain, mistakenly labeled tinnitus by 40 million americans:
Restore calcium metabolism of the brain: 328 in combination with 10000 Hertz, the cure all rife frequency and turn off 10000 first (restore pineal function), than turn off 328. I was attacked by the same satellite in an air-plane and the beam passes through aluminum (I was wearing the hat in the plane at the moment of the attacks) and the satellite can attack very accurately (must be synthetic apperture radar). If it passes through the plane it also passes through aluminium. Moving around through the plane only worked temporarely.
